Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment (If there is no special problem).
We will deliver the goods according to the logistics method you have selected.
If you choose the DHL, please fill your phone number, and, some countries, need pay tax, so you need know about this.
Now, due to the Virus problem, most the normal shipment way are not stable, so, it maybe delayed.
So, We can not 100% promise when you will get the Packages.
Please understand this.
If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Must note about the special package:
For special electronic products, such as batteries, circuit boards, motors, and steering gears, these products require special logistics and transportation channels for most countries. Therefore, for these products, or packages containing these products, the logistics speed may be a bit slower, which is slower than normal ordinary packages.
Especially for remote countries, it takes more time, and the logistics speed is not stable. After delivery, it may take 20-40 working days, or even longer, such as 60 working days.
For developed countries, or non-remote countries, the normal time for these packages is 12-30 working days.

A001, for this kind of products, after 90 working days after delivery, if the package has not been received, or there is no clear logistics information update, we will refund or resend a package after our confirmation.
Therefore, for these products, once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, and within 90 working days after shipment, we refuse to unilaterally refund the customer..
